My Patterns is missing some patterns

If you purchased patterns under a different email address, they will not show up. Contact us and we can copy them over to your preferred email address.

Note: Paypal purchases are tied to your PayPal email address even if you are logged in to your account when you check out. You may need to change your PayPal email address or change your account email address.
