Can I make the summer romper with woven fabric?

Yes. The pattern is designed for knit fabric but it can be sewn with woven fabric. To make it with woven lengthen the straps about a half an inch. The leg casing will look twisted while sewing, but should look fine in the end since it bunches up anyway with the elastic.
