Where do you get your snaps and setter?

I use a heavy duty metal snap press from kamsnaps.com. It requires purchasing the snap press as well as a die set for each snap size you want. I have 2 die sets - size 12 and 14. I use the open ring metal snaps from the same web site. I love the quality and level of hold the snap has after setting it. I highly recommend this press it's a large and heavy press and an investment so it's a good fit for people that use snaps often.

If you don't use many snaps you can get a cheaper and smaller solution from  thesnapsource.com. It's a small handheld snap setter that is used with a small hammer for setting. They also sell the snaps. I found the snaps to be a bit too tight after setting them but still very good quality.
